If your organization seeks a proven legal advisor and litigator with “big firm” experience and the capability to deliver “small firm” personal service and flexibility, please consider the Law Office of Scott W. Dangler, P.A.
FOR THE PAST TWENTY-PLUS YEARS:
I have assisted businesses and individuals resolve complex disputes. I concentrate my practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, business litigation, business transactions and real property litigation. In addition to litigating at the trial court level, I have also represented clients in appellate proceedings before state and federal appellate courts.
My clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups across diverse industries, and include architectural design firms, software development companies, consumer goods manufacturers and distributors, medical equipment manufacturers, engineering firms, pharmaceutical companies, individual inventors, internet marketers, agricultural and food producers, entertainment companies, national and local financial and lending institutions, real estate developers, waste management companies, magazine publishers and automobile dealerships.
Before entering the practice of law, I spent nearly 15 years in the government communications industry. This included 10 years at the Government Communications Division of technology leader Harris Corporation, as well as working at the U.S. Department of State providing RF communication design and support services for foreign and domestic personnel. During this time, I learned the operations of technology and manufacturing companies first-hand while gaining invaluable insights into various technologies and how technology companies work. More importantly I gained the business and technology experience and expertise that I now leverage to effectively understand and address both the business and legal needs of my clients.
